THE PATIENT EXPERIENCE
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your reserved appointment time wearing a MASK covering your nose and mouth.
Your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer upon arriving at the front door. ANY temperature over 100.0 degrees F will result in a postponed appointment.
Please note, our doors are locked. A member of our team will greet you, ask you to answer a few screening questions and take your temperature. You may encounter a slight wait. We ask for you to observe social distancing guidelines and maintain 6 feet between yourself and others.
Please come alone to your appointment. If someone must accompany you, please call in advance of your appointment time so arrangements can be made.
In our efforts to reduce your time waiting in our common areas, we have removed all magazines, children’s toys and ask for all personal belongings to accompany each patient into their designated treatment rooms.
Contact our office immediately if you are experiencing signs/symptoms of Covid 19 within 14 days of you appointment.
Please advise us of any travel outside the state as reappointing may be necessary.
Please advise us if you or anyone close to you is awaiting a Covid-19 test result.

THE TEAM EXPERIENCE
All team members are REQUIRED to have their temperatures checked prior to entering the building.
All team members are REQUIRED to wear a mask at all times while dentistry is performed.
All team members are encouraged to practice social distancing. This includes restricted areas like the team lounge, private offices and hallways.
IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA, please NOTIFY our staff and we will work together to reappoint your visit.
Exposure to a symptomatic and/or confirmed COVID-19 patient.
Exposure to a person under investigation or awaiting results of a COVID-19 test or you are awaiting results of a Covid-19 test.
Traveled to, reside in or worked in a location with confirmed active COVID-19 cases.
Experiencing shortness of breath/ difficulty breathing, cough, fever, loss of taste or smell and/ or any other flu-like symptoms.
