Oral Hygiene
We recommend that you brush your teeth at least twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste. At least once a day, you should clean between your teeth with dental floss or other instruments as recommended by your dentist. Eating a balanced meal and limiting snacks will also help keep your teeth clean and gums healthy. At least every 6 months, we recommend seeing your hygienist for professional cleaning and your dentist for an exam. There are many oral hygiene products on the market, and we will be happy to help you choose which ones will be right for you.
